Class numpy.distutils.system_info.DJBFFTNotFoundError

DJBFFT (http://cr.yp.to/djbfft.html) libraries not found. Directories to search for the libraries can be specified in the numpy/distutils/site.cfg file (section [djbfft]) or by setting the DJBFFT environment variable.
